1. User Account registration and activation

 

Option 1: if the user account has been created by IT.

 

  • User just need to activate the account thru the activation email sent by Feeder IT service desk.

Note: 

  1. Please check your junk mail if you didn’t find it in inbox. 
  2. If the activation email has expired, please request for re-sending of activation email.
     
     

Option 2: ITSD account registration

  • Sign up new account at https://servicedesk.feederit.com  (all account to be created thru IDN system, no self registration in ITSD is accepted now)
  • User to get other existing ITSD member to register account on their behalf thru Service reques
  • Use Your corporate email address for account id as only corporate email address is accepted.
  • Activate the account thru the activation email sent by Feeder IT Service desk.

2. Login to ITSD and raise tickets

 

  1. Login in to URL: https://servicedesk.feederit.com/ with your activated account id/password.
  2. Available services in ITSD

-  Trace your reported indent or service request status.

 - Report Incident and problem

-  Request new IT service. Alternatively, you can search with Keyword of your request.

-  Browse Technical guide, application guide and solution

Note: User will receive email notification when IT support agent responds to the tickets. All the reply to go thru the ITSD for prompt reply and follow up.
